About the Stapleton Community
Located where the old Stapleton Airport used to be in Denver, on both sides of I-70 just East of Quebec St, we're a short 15-minute drive from Denver International Airport and only 10 minutes from downtown Denver. (See map)
Stapleton is a master planned community, designed by Forest City Enterprises, Inc. The goal of Stapleton is to design a new type of urban lifestyle, one in which miles of trails and lots of parks connect the different styled neighborhoods nicely with the small-town feeling towncenter and the large shopping center at Northfield.
Stapleton has won a ton of awards for its design, sense of community and the fact that every building and home is built green and 100% Energy Star Compliant.
Stapleton is a one of a kind type of community...there's just nothing else like it.
Who We Are
We're some local neighbors who felt there should be a site dedicated to helping our community with a little more direct information than what's on the main Stapleton website www.Stapletondenver.com.
We honestly have no idea where this site will evolve to, but we're excited to be helping out in whatever way we can. Please feel free to suggest any ideas or changes you have for this...we want it to be as community driven as possible!
